To be eligible for a return, the tire tracks must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. They must also be free from any damage or signs of installation. Rubber tracks that have been mounted, driven on, or damaged due to negligence or improper handling are not eligible for return.

Return Period:
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, we are unable to process returns or provide refunds. Make sure to initiate the return process promptly to ensure timely processing.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This unique number is required to ensure the smooth processing of your return. You can reach our customer support by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website.

Return Shipping:
When returning rubber tire tracks, you are responsible for the cost of shipping and ensuring the tire tracks are securely packaged. 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned tire tracks, we will process your refund within 30 days to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In certain circumstances, such as manufacturing defects or shipping errors, we may provide a prepaid return label or cover the return shipping costs. Contact our customer support team to discuss such situations and receive further instructions.
